I finally got it!
Lily has started smiling. We LOVE her smiles, but they are elusive. She can be smiling away and as soon as I get a camera she is all done and will not be coerced into giving another one. Yesterday I was finally able to get a couple of pictures.
She has this sweet little serene smile which I just love.

ReplyDeleteI completely understand. I'm lucky. With Jonathan, i just happened to have the camera on the bed with me and caught his first smiles ever. After that, it was impossible to get them until he started to giggle all the time. No rush. It'll become easier. Try to keep your camera by you every time you sit down or change her- it sounds crazy, but I found that those are the times that all the cuteness seem to happen when their that little.
Very sweet! You are SO right about it being hard to capture on film. We FINALLY got a great pic of her smile and just posted it! How can you not love baby smiles?!
