December 12: Make a Wreath

We are now halfway through our Advent calendar (good gracious December is racing by!) and today's activity was another craft. I love crafts! Shocking, I know. This afternoon the girls and I made a new Christmas wreath.

First we ran to Michael's to pick up a few supplies. Lily picked out the poinsettia, she was so excited about the big red flower.
She played with it while I got everything set up on the table.
A simple little wreath for the Hansen home. My girls don't sit still for anything that takes more than a few minutes.
It is nice to have a wreath by the entry way now. And for those wondering, yes, I did do the Christmas lights wrapped around a tomato cage that has been all over Pinterest.
